
Ingredients:
Sooji 100gm
Curd 100gm
Water
Salt
Onion
Capsicum
Baking soda
Oil
Mustard seeds
Curry leaves
First in a bowl add sooji and curd, salt and mix it then add water to make batter thin and add baking soda.
then in a pan heat some oil and fry it on a small quantity.
After that in a pan heat some oil and add mustard seeds and curry leaves and just deep the fried sooji uttapam.
Ready to serve Sooji Uttapam.
