Percel Paratha

Ingredients:




  1. Wheat flour - 2 cup
  2. Water
  3. Ghee
  4. White oil
  5. Potato - 1 pcs
  6. Cauliflower - chopped
  7. Carrot - chopped
  8. Beans - chopped
  9. Peas - 50gm
  10. Salt
  11. peeper



First make the dough and rest it brushing oil on it.

Then boiled vegetables with some salt and peeper.

Then in a pan heat some oil and add all the boiled vegetables.add salt,peeper.

After that make a ball from the dough and roll it very thin and fry it without oil. Then in a small bowl add ghee and wheat flour and make a paste and brush on the paratha and fill it with the vegetables.

just fold it like a Parcel and fry it with oil.

Ready for serve....

NOTE: you can use chicken kima / panner / egg scramble for filling.

It is very tasty with Tomato sauce.
