Ingredients1.5 cups Flour 3 Eggs 4 onions 4 green chili Garam Masala: 1/2 tbsp Chaat Masala: 1/2 tbsp Salt
Just make a soft dough of flour. then roll a small piece of dough and make it very thin and big.
Now into that sheet break 1 egg,add some chopped onion, green chilies, salt, garam masala and fold all the 4 sides of that sheet of dough.
Now heat a pan with oil and deep fry it.
Ready to serve MUGHLAI PARATHA.
We, Bengali are very fond of Potato,so we usually eat this Mughlai paratha with potato dry curry and must salad.
Its very easy to make and must try whenever you go to mostly in DIGHA, PURI.
