
Ingredients:
Moong dal - 100gm
Green chilies
Salt
Ginger - small 1-2 pieces
Lemon juice
Baking soda
Cheese
Onion
Carrot
Capcicum
Oil
First just grind the dal with ginger and green chilies and then add lemon juice and baking soda.
and then take a pan ,heat some oil and pour the mixture not all. and cover with a lid.
Give 4-5 minutes in simmer and then add on top of that chopped onion, carrot, capsicum and grated cheese and give some time to full cook.
Ready to serve Moong Omelet.
