vegetable pokora

Ingredients: Boiled crushed potato Carrot Green chilies Salt Cornflour Coriander leaves pepper Oil First in a mixing bowl add boiled crushed potato, carrot, green chilies,salt,cornflour,peeper and coriander leaves and mix it well and make a tight batter. Now heat pan with some oil and make small ball of that batter and fry. Ready to serve vegetable pokora. It will be more tasty with coriander leaves chatni.

Potato Pancake

Ingredients : Crushed Raw Potato Salt Water Onion Green Chilies Oil Cornflour First wash the crushed potato and then in a mixing bowl add crushed raw potato, salt,onion,green chilies,cornflour and 1 egg. Mix the batter well and make a thick batter form. Heat a pan and give some oil then pour the mixture and fry until it get red. Serve hot with tomato sauce and garnish with coriander leaves.

Sooji Uttapam

Ingredients : Sooji 100gm Curd 100gm Water Salt Onion Capsicum Baking soda Oil Mustard seeds Curry leaves First in a bowl add sooji and curd, salt and mix it then add water to make batter thin and add baking soda. then in a pan heat some oil and fry it on a small quantity. After that in a pan heat some oil and add mustard seeds and curry leaves and just deep the fried sooji uttapam. Ready to serve Sooji Uttapam.

Moong Omelet

Ingredients: Moong dal - 100gm Green chilies Salt Ginger - small 1-2 pieces Lemon juice Baking soda Cheese Onion Carrot Capcicum Oil First just grind the dal with ginger and green chilies and then add lemon juice and baking soda. and then take a pan ,heat some oil and pour the mixture not all. and cover with a lid. Give 4-5 minutes in simmer and then add on top of that chopped onion, carrot, capsicum and grated cheese and give some time to full cook. Ready to serve Moong Omelet.

Cheese Potato Burger

Ingredients: Boiled Potato Cheese Salt Oil Butter Bread At first Just smash the boiled potato and cheese and add salt,pepper and make a dough. Then just shape it into small ball or any other. Then fry it in oil. Then take bread slice and brush it with butter add place the fried cheese potato Tikka and cover it another slice of bread. Now ready the Cheese Potato Burger. Note: You can fry the bead slice also.

Quick Dahlia

Ingredients: White Oil Jeera Green chilies bay leaf Turmeric Ginger chopped Garam masala Peas Beans Carrot Potato Moong dal Dahlia Salt Water Coriander leaves First in a pan heat some oil and add jeera green chilies, Bay leaf,turmeric,ginger chopped,garam masala and then add vegetables,salt,moong dal and stir it well. Then add washed dahlia and water and cover it with lid. after boiling and get the vegetables cooked then add some coriander leaves. Ready for serve hot Dahlia.

Oats Kheer

Ingredients: Oats - 100 gm Milk - 1 and 1/2 Lt Sugar / Condensed  Milk Food color - (optional) Kaju Raisin. First boil milk and rest it in a normal temperature. Then saute the oats in a pan. After 4 minutes add the milk and add sugar or condensed milk. Then add kaju and raisin. Stir it well and it will dry.Let it be cooled and then Serve. Ready to serve Oats Kheer.

Besan paratha

Ingredients: Besan - 1 cup Salt Ajwain /Carom seeds Turmeric Garam Masla Chopped Onion Chopped capsicum Ginger chopped Water First in a mixing bowl add all ingredients and mix it with water and make it a thick paste. Not so much thick not thin.  Now in a pan just brush oil and pour some batter and fry on 2 sides well. Ready your hot and yummy BESAN Paratha.

Veg Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients: Bread Butter Boiled Potato Onion Ring  Tomato Ring Cheese Salt Peeper First just fry 1 side of bread with butter and place on the other side potato sliced,tomato ring and onion ring, salt, peeper.  Then place 1 cheese slice or grated cheese 1 spoon and cover it with 1 another bread slice and then cut it . serve it hot. NOTE: You can use Mayo without giving cheese. Then please in a mixing bowl take chopped onion,tomato,mayo,salt,peeper and mix it and place it in the bread slice.

Percel Paratha

Ingredients: Wheat flour - 2 cup Water Ghee White oil Potato - 1 pcs Cauliflower - chopped Carrot - chopped Beans - chopped Peas - 50gm Salt peeper First make the dough and rest it brushing oil on it. Then boiled vegetables with some salt and peeper. Then in a pan heat some oil and add all the boiled vegetables.add salt,peeper. After that make a ball from the dough and roll it very thin and fry it without oil. Then in a small bowl add ghee and wheat flour and make a paste and brush on the paratha and fill it with the vegetables. just fold it like a Parcel and fry it with oil. Ready for serve.... NOTE: you can use chicken  kima / panner / egg scramble  for filling. It is very tasty with Tomato sauce.

Vegetable Upma

Ingredients: Water (for boiling) Carrot - 1pcs Green beans - 50 gm Peas- 50gm Ghee / White oil - 2 spoon Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon Curry leaves - 8-10 leaves Sooji - 100 gm Green chilies - 5 pcs Onion - 1 big Salt First boiled water add some salt then add carrot, beans, peas and boiled it until  it get soft. Then in a pan add white oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves,green chilies,onion and sooji. Then fry it well until it gets brown. then simply add the boiled water with vegetables,untill it gets thick, stir the texture. Now take a bowl and fill it with the upma and place in a plate. it will take the bowl shape. Ready to serve VEGETBLE UPMA.

Choco Lava cake

This time we have got an easy and quick recipe of Choco Lava Cake. Follow the instructions carefully to make this a home! Enjoy!! Ingredients: Plain Flour / Maida - 65 g Powdered Sugar - 65 g Cocoa Powder- 25 g Baking Powder-Pinch Dark Chocolate- 140 g Butter - 120 g Condensed Milk - 120 g Milk - 1 cup Salt - Pinch Grease microwave Bowls or aluminium foil mold with butter. In a mixing bowl, add the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and mix well. Simmer some water in a saucepan, and place a heat safe bowl over it. Add in the dark chocolate and butter. Pour condensed milk and melted chocolate-butter, to the Flour mixture and stir it. Pour the batter in that bowl or your favorite molds in half area and place a piece of chocolate on it then cover it with the batter, keep aside and wait for the cooker to preheat. 2 Min Mug Cake

Ingredients: Mug Cake Chocolate - Flour / Maida – 3 tbsp Cocoa Powder – 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar – 1 1/2 tbsp Baking Powder – 1/16pinch Baking Soda - 1/2 pinch Condensed Milk – 1 tbsp Milk - 1 +1 tbsp Butter - 1 tbsp Vanilla essence - 1 drop Instead of Condensed Milk, you can increase sugar to 3 tbsp, and cream to 2 tbsp Take a microwave proof Coffee mug and pour the following ingredients- Flour,Coco powder,Baking powder,baking soda and make a good mix with a fork. After that just add condensed milk, milk, butter, vanilla essence and again mix it with a fork. if the batter is thick then add some milk and make it slight thin,not so much and microwave it for 2-3 minutes. You can add choco chips or any nuts as toppings. Ready Our MUG CAKE Note: If you don't have condensed milk then just take sugar as the same quantity as flour.

Bangladeshi Moglai Porata | Street Food |

Ingredients: Same as Normal Mughlai Paratha but in the mixture of egg  they add Egg, Coriander leaves, salt, green chilies, Chopped Carrot, Chopped onion. This is the video,i will share with you so that anyone can differ the mixture of Egg from us.

Ingredients 1.5 cups Flour 3 Eggs 4 onions 4 green chili Garam Masala: 1/2 tbsp Chaat Masala: 1/2 tbsp Salt Just make a soft dough of flour. then roll a small piece of dough and make it very thin and big. Now into that sheet break 1 egg,add some chopped onion, green chilies, salt, garam masala and fold all the 4 sides of that sheet of dough. Now heat a pan with oil and deep fry it. Ready to serve MUGHLAI PARATHA. We, Bengali are very fond of Potato,so we usually eat this Mughlai paratha with potato dry curry and must salad. Its very easy to make and must try whenever you go to mostly in DIGHA, PURI.

Ghevar

Ingredients : For Ghewar : Ghee - 120gm Ice Cubes - 5-6 Maida / Plain Flour - 300g Water - 1liter Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp. Ghee/Oil/Vanaspati : frying For Finishing ghevar : Sugar : 2 cups Water – ¼ cup Cardamom Powder : as required. Nuts : to garnish Add the ghee to a bowl and add few ice cubes to the ghee. Cream the ghee using hands making sure the ghee gets cold with the ice. Once, the ghee starts getting a little solid, use your palms to smoothen the ghee and make sure no grains are visible in the ghee. Add maida to the creamed ghee, Add little water and make a thick batter. Whip the mixture well for about 5 minutes. To the whipped batter, add the lemon juice and the remaining water to the mixture. And, form it into a thin batter. Now, as the batter is ready, it is highly advisable to keep the batter in the refrigerator for about 15-30 minutes. Egg Vapa Curry

Ingredients:- Egg 4 Salt to taste Mustard Oil Turmeric Powder Chilli Powder Mustard Oil Chopped Onion 2 Salt Ginger + Garlic Paste 2 tsp Garam Masala Powder ½ tsp Turmeric 1 tsp Red Kashmiri 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp Tomato 1 Green Chilli 4 Chopped Coriander Just take a steel box and break the eggs,add salt,red chilli powder,chopped onion,green chilies and mustard oil and whisk it with fork. Then just heat a kadhai with water and place the box with lid. After 20 Minutes it will be done. Then cut these egg cake in a shapes and fry. After that heat some oil in pan and fry some chopped onion,garlic-ginger paste,green chilis,tomato,turmeric,kashmiri red chili,salt and make a good mix.when the oil comes out add fried egg and mix with that and some chopped coriander,garam masala powder. Crispy Thekua

INGREDIENTS Wheat flour- 300 g Sooji - 150g Raw cane sugar/powder sugar- 100 g Clarified butter/Ghee- 60-70 g Chopped Dry coconut- 50 g Milk- 1/2 cup /as required Fennel/ Moury- 1-2 tsp Raisins/ Kismis - 1-2 tsp Cardamom powder - 1 tsp White Oil Mix the wheat flour,sooji, sugar, ghee, coconut,fennel, raisin,cardamom powder and add milk and try to make a dough,not very hard not very soft. Try to make balls and get a cookie shape and give a different design if you want with fork and add some sugar on top of it and press. you can add some more toppings like KAJU, RAISIN, ALMOND, any nuts. After that heat oil in a pan and add the thekua. Ready to try a new dish THEKUA from BIHAR .

Gravy Mayo Pasta

Ingredients Pasta Boiled Water Normal water Salt White Mayo Oregano Chili Flasks Oil Onion Garlic Just boiled the water and add salt. Then add the pasta,1 spoon white oil and check until it get soft. After that drained the water and wash it by normal water.  Then take a pan and heat some oil and fry some chopped onion and garlic,add salt and then add Yummy Mayo 2-3 spoon and some water,rest for boiled. After that when the water get a little bit dry add boiled pasta,oregano,chili flasks. Ready yummy and hot GRAVY MAYO PASTA.

Tasty Potato Snacks

INGREDIENTS POTATOES COLD WATER SALT BOILED WATER WHITE OIL  CORIANDER LEAVES Take potatoes and Peel the skin. Cut into cubes. Wash to remove extra starch. Take hot water in other bowl and add salt. Add potato cubes into hot water for 5 mins. Then dry potato cubes. In a pan add White oil and heat. Add potato cubes into oil and fry until golden colour. Transfer into bowl. Add Salt,Chaat masala, coriander leaves and toss. Tasty Potato Snacks are ready to serve.
